While I’m talking about publishing, another article has been approved for publishing. This one elaborates on a previous article about weaver and picatinny mounts. Too bad that format doesn’t allow pictures. But OH!, there is a nice picture on the page. See if you can find it.

Weaver and Picatinny for mounting Rifle Scopes
Published a New Article on Rifle Scopes
I recently published an article called: Rifle Scopes, Bigger isn’t always Better. The basics of the article is that when choosing rifle scopes, you don’t always need to go hunting down the biggest, strongest, or fanciest scope you can find. Sometimes, more power can be an problem rather than benefit. The article also touches upon some of the important things to look for when buying a riflescope.

Rifle Scopes Mil-Dot Reticle
I published an informative article on using a Mil-Dot Reticle for range finding . It provides brief look into the geometry of the mildot (hint: “mil” is short for a milliradian). Although the article focuses on rifle scopes with a mil dot reticle, the principal is same for most range finding rifle scopes. Please go by, visit the article and be sure to rate it.
Thanks,
Steve
